Yes, this was an unexpected outage and we are working on solutions to ensure this does not happen in the future and that expected outages are communicated better.

i think adobe is screwing up the users very badly i think.. im also getting this error now.. because of this shit i got scold from my client today... and he is not trusting me,..
xd.adobe.com is currently unable to handle this request.

It has happened second time in past one week. My clients are getting affected by this. It is a serious issue, you guys needs to fix it once for all or reimburse.

It looks like there was an outage at the Adobe end that was causing this issue.
Can you retry and let me know if you are still facing this issue?

It is unacceptable to have an outage during the business day. If it happens third time, I am moving to InVision.
