It has been a couple years since the last discussion.  Any fix yet?

Acrobat 10 was released in November 2010, nearly 5 years prior to the release of Microsoft Outlook 2016 / Office 2016 which was released in late 2015.

Acrobat DC, two full releases beyond Acrobat 10, was the current release when Microsoft released Outlook 2016 / Office 2016. Support for Outlook 2016 / Office 2016 is a new feature that was not and will not be retrofitted into such an old version of Acrobat which is no longer supported by Adobe.
