Hello there,

I am hoping someone may have the answer to this message has bugs on it while using gifs?

I have tried there various solutions posted on here and other sites and none of them seem to resolve my issues.

i got know is this bug pops up for no reason using photoshop also i finally patch this,

I have deleted all preferences and updated to the latest PS version, I have deleted so i reinstalled it for no reason :

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Plugins\Adobe Save for Web CS5\Photoshop

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Plugins\Adobe Save for Web CC\Photoshop

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Optimized Settings

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\Optimized Settings

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Optimized Settings

Still no joy! 😞

Please help... as is very frustrating. thanks.
