Add-on photshop lightroom

Buonasera,

ieri per la prima volta ho acquistato un Add on, 60 Deep Mood Enhancing Presets & Actions. Ho seguito le istruzioni per l'installazione, ma non riesco a trovar ei filtri, ne su Photoshop ne su lightroom. Inoltre quando su creative manager clicco alla voce "avete installato 60 Deep Mood Enhancing Presets & Actions" si apre una pagina nel browser con la scritta "Impossibile trovare il prodotto richiesto. Il prodotto non esiste o non è possibile accedervi con questo account". È la prima volta che mi trovo a lavorare con dei filtri acquistati e nonostante le innumerevoli prove, non riesco a venirvi a capo. Come posso risolvere la questione? Grazie

If you are certain you have installed them properly then you should probably contact the provider of the add-ons for instructions.

Lightroom doesn't use Filters. It uses Presets. Those preset have to be placed is a specific folder on your drive to show up in LR.

The other stuff that is included is for the Real ​Photoshop​.
