What version of photoshop and operating system do you have?

You need a third party plugin like Nvidia , intel or one from fnord.

For windows Nvidia and Intel work

I don't believe the Nvidia plugin works in photoshop cc 2017.1.1 on windows.

NVIDIA Texture Tools for Adobe Photoshop | NVIDIA Developer

For Mac use the fnord and also works on windows.

Hi Jeff,

thanks for the reply.

I have windows 10 64bit and the paintpro that I'm using is Corel Paint Pro X9.

the simulator that I'm using now one of the programmer's is making files in DDS and Corel does not support this type of file , however they have told me Adobe does and I'm just wondering what is the best way to get Adobe to be able to work with DDS files.

Thanks

Tim

For photoshop you'd need a third party plugin as explained above.

If you don't have photoshop you can try Gimp which is free and use this dds plugin for it.
