Salta el error 0x00007

Hola, como dice el titulo, al abrir o intentar ejecutar Adobe Ilustrator CC salta el error 0x00007, no se muy bien que sucede porque supongo que mi computadora banca el programa y lo corre con decencia. Tal vez esto tenga que ver con que uso Windows 7, no se la verdad

I don't think it has anything to do with Windows 7 because I am running Illustrator CC on Windows 7 and have never encountered that message.

Are you using Windows 7 Service Pack 1?

Exact Version of InDesign?

Muchas gracias, disculpa pero no estaba enterado de que fuera necesario el SP1, ya que la version CS6 de Adobe Flash (Animate) funciona sin este en mi ordenador, reitero, gracias

It may work sometimes, but application with latest updates will require SP1. Please check the CS6 section of below mentioned  link.
