Lightroom CC unable to Login to SYNC with Mobile

I just availed Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC plan. I am trying to sync my Lightroom Mobile photos to my Surface Pro Lightroom CC.

According to Adobe procedure, I should just click on the Get started with mobile button and click Sign In. Unfortunately nothing happens after clicking Sign In.

I have tried reinstalling Adobe Lightroom CC many times. Sign Out and Sign In.

If this cannot be resolved. I will cancel the account and refund within the week. This is really frustrating.

What version of Lightroom are you using?

Lightroom does not support sync functionalities if the version is less than 2015.5 or 6.5 (it can be 2015.5, but not less than it for sync to work). Please make sure your Lightroom System Info states that your version is 2015.5/6.5 or later.
