Sound does not match with images

I record phone screen to a video file with frame rate is 54 fps. When I play this video on PC, it's good. But when I open this video on PR CC 2014, the sound does not match with images on screen. I think the sound is faster than images. How to re render video and keep matching like source video? I don't know how to set frame rate 54fps?

Thank you !!

Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?

Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... A screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing - For Windows Internet Explorer press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard, and then do CTRL-V to paste the screen print from the clipboard into a forum message

Free programs to get file information for PC/Mac http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

- when you analyze your file in MediaInfo and post a screen shot in the forum, do so in TREE view

.

Does your video use a VARIABLE Frame Rate? See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1110005

If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate

LATEST

thank you very much, you saved my life !!!

I did what you said and everything is ok now.

thank you again

(the key is https://handbrake.fr)

my full story:

I used Sony Z Ultra phone to record screen (game play)

I used built-in recording feature of that phone, does not require any more recording software

but build-in feature has no option to choose framerate

when I done recording, I copied final file to PC (mp4 file), and I saw framerate of that mp4 is 54 fps

You need to convert the files first before bringing them into Premiere.

54 fps is not standard.

use Handbrake to set it to Constant Framerate.

What do you record the screen with?  (I recommend a camera, rather than software, as the former will record proper video.)
