I payed for a full year upfront, and I want the full year plan to continue. Buy the look of how much I’m going to be charged for the renewal, it looks like I’m being switched to a monthly payment, which I most certainly do not want. I don't want to make sure my computer is connected to the internet every month, and I want to pay the full year to save money. How do I make sure it renews for the whole year?

As per the records, you have an active subscirption of Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid) under your Adobe id. Are you enquirying about this product.

Hi, thanks for the response. My one year plan that I prepaid is about to expire. And I wanted to prepay for another year instead of doing a monthly withdraw. Should I cancel the auto-payment that was setup for me and prepay manually, or can I make the auto payment an annual prepay occurrence? Your help is appreciated.
