Estou utlizando Windows7 e ao abrir adobe indesign cc 2017 esta ocorrendo o erro: 0xc0000022, alguém poderia me ajudar com a solução?

InDesign CC 2017 is supposed to work on Windows 7 as long as Service Pack 1 is installed. That specific error message can be triggered by either a specific program or by Windows itself. Neste caso, o win7 ja esta funcionando corretamente e com service pack1, mas não posso atualizar o sistema operacional agora, como efetuo o cancelamento da assinatura, pois estou dentro do prazo dos 14 dias para devolução? Obrigado!
