Hi Ihave problem after install the 2017 version of AE

It's not working when I change my setting

Would you please help me to open my AE?

Is Windows set to Chinese Simplified or just the Creative Cloud app? The error is saying that you have to change the language setting in both places.

Hi 小文 邱 ,

The traditional Chinese version of Windows OS is not supported with After Effects. Use the Simplified Chinese version.

It worked when I change my Cloud to international English version and install AE again!!!!
