Indesign CC zeigt schwarze Felder

Wir haben hier ein seltsames Problem:

In Indesign CC wird seit einigen Tagen in vereinzelten Pulldown-Menüs alles in Schwarz angezeigt. An den Voreinstellungen liegt es nicht. Kennt jemand dieses Problem?

Leider haben keine dieser Ideen Besserung gebracht. Nach einer Deinstallation und Installation funktioniert alles wieder.

Es handelt sich um alle Pulldown-Menüs um das Thema Farbe.

Interface problems such as this may be able to be fixed by deleting your InDesign caches.

To do so:

For Macintosh Users: With InDesign closed launch a Finder Window in column view and click on your home folder. With the Option Key pressed choose Library from the Finder Go Menu. Within the Library folder find the “Caches” folder. Within the Caches folder find and delete the entire file “Adobe InDesign”. I find that deleting the cache file completely leads to a lasting change. 

For Windows Users: Follow the path to C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version [#]\en_US\Cache

Hallo, vielen Dank.

Cache und Voreinstellungen zu löschen haben wir versucht. Leider ohne Erfolg. Wir werden dann mal Indesign deinstallieren und dann neu downloaden und installieren. Das dauert etwas da wir nur langsames Internet hier haben. Hoffentlich ist es dann behoben.

Neuinstallation hilft nicht unbedingt. Das Problem liegt tiefer, oft beim OS und der Grafikkarte. Sind am Mac aller verfügbaren Updates gemacht worden? Ist der Parameterram zurückgesetzt worden? Ich tippe eher auf ein Problem, das auf Mac-Ebene zu beheben ist.

Hi milanb,

Please try below mentioned steps to delete preferences manually.

  • Close InDesign and other Adobe applications.
  • Go to locations C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe and delete InDesign folders(this will delete all preferences)
  • Relaunch application from Creative Cloud Desktop App.
