The current version of Photoshop (2017) will not print an image using my custom printer calibration. CS6 prints correctly. How do I fix this?

I am useing the latest version of CC Photoshop, with an Epson Photo 2200, Imac running 10.12.6, and a printer calibration profile created using Spider Printer Calibration. When I print an image the printer icon shows for about 5 seconds then disappears without printing. If I open my image in Photoshop CS6 the image prints correctly.
