What, exact, version number of After Effects are you using (down to the last decimal)?

Does that error message pop up after the Warp Stabilizer is done processing, during, or before?

Your footage seems to be a very odd size and format. Where did it come from? You might try using the Adobe Media Encoder to convert your footage to a production codec (like Cineform or DNxHD) and then bring that new file into AE instead.
