We have Windows 7 and now planned to move at Windows 10. At 7 the protected PDF files(Adobe LiveCycle files) are able to open with desired credentials, where end user need to enter their user name and password

In initial phase of testing in Windows 10 , we have installed Acrobat reader 11, but the protected files are not prompting for any user name and password window and getting weird error message

The last update to Reader XI badly broke XFA forms support. As it is almost EOL, it's possible this will never be fixed, leaving Reader XI useless. So... what obstacle is stopping you from using the current Reader? It seems unusual to be setting up new systems with obsolete software.
