My Adobe Animate File isn't opening

I was working on a project and when I tried to save it, it said unable to save, try saving somewhere else, and then Animate quit. Now when I try to reopen my project it just says "An error occurred opening file..." Does anyone know if I can fix or reopen it? I spent a lot of time working on it
