Trying to download LR 4 without CD for MacBook Pro. Website says to contact support. No download option

Hey folks!

I have a CD of Lightroom 4 that I am trying to download to my MacBook Pro, but unfortunately only the windows version has a download option on the website. The Mac version has "contact support" under it. Anyone know how to find the actual download for Mac? Thanks so much!
