"LiveCycle" is not just one product, it's a family of products. You are very likely referring to the only desktop application in that group, Adobe LiveCycle Designer. This used to be part of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but starting with Acrobat XI, it got unbundled, and is now available as a standalone product, but with it's end of support approaching soon at the end of March: All Apps Help | Products and technical support periods
