Have a user who has Acrobat XI Pro. When the user attempts to open any PDF that is over around 8 MB in size, it loads about half of the document and then crashes with an Out of Memory error. The PC has 32 GB of RAM and the page file is set accordingly. Have uninstalled / clean wipe utility and then reinstalled. Other users can open up the same documents just fine. Installed Reader DC and I'm able to open the documents on the problem PC as well. It is just Acrobat XI Pro that won't open them. Tried a different user profile on that PC and had the same problem, so it is not profile-specific.
