Hi, I have Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year, prepaid)‎ licence already but for 3 mounths I am having same error when I try to open any product I paid. When I look at creative cloud app it says that its trail version is finished and I must buy it. But I already have been paying it and I can see it from my account manangment when I look at from web browser. Please help me ASAP because I need to use photoshop and I have been paying for nothing. Thank you all for your help

Please rename the Slstore to Slstore.old.

Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

I know I started to be annoying I am so sorry but when I try to rename it , it says you cant change because folder is open somewhere but  it doesn't. How can I close it and rename it?
