Hello! I was going to attempt to upload some of my PS assets, but when I attempted to upload, it was telling me I need to purchase a plan.
I am dumbfounded because I have the Photography plan, and now I am confused.
Can someone please give me some guidance on how to do this, please?

What do you mean "upload" assets?
Try resetting your Photoshop preferences found under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.
