Creative cloud only does the trial

Hi there!

I dowloaded the creative cloud packet but when I download it, I only get the trial. And I can buy it again..?

But I already bought te creative cloud so how can I change this?

Hi Jildouvandijk,

I see you have an active subscription under the same ID as with forums. Please make sure you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID.

Also, kindly follow the troubleshooting steps shared in the link: Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode
