Hi, my After Effects has stopped opening as of yesterday. It hangs before it opens and then crashes.

I opened the color extension for the first time yesterday and now I can't open After Effects.

I have seen a smilier thread here After Effect's crashing on launch.  which sounds like the same thing but there is no solution given.

I'm definitely running the latest version.

I have client deadlines to hit and really need this issue fixed please.

Many thanks.

If anyone finds this and has the same problem I figured out a workaround.

Go to After Effects in your Applications folder.

Right click on the App itself and select 'Show Package Contents' from the drop down.

Select the 'Contents' folder.

The go into 'Resources' folder.

Delete 'Adobe Color Themes 17.15.49' folder

Seems to do the trick.
