Cannot change transition completion of "Card Wipe - 3D pixelstorm.ffx"

I really like one of the default preset transition, which is Card Wipe-3D pixelstorm.ffx it is in the "Transitions-Movement" folder.

However, I cannot seem to change the duration of the transition. I tried moving the "Transition Completion" keyframe but the duration doesn't seem to change.
