Robohelp 7 and Firefox

Hi,
When I generate my primary layout with Robohelp 7 and open it in Mozilla Firefox, the default page does not open (even though I have previously selected it) and my table of contents won't function until I have selected and opened this default page. Has anyone encountered this problem? How do you solve it?

I too am having this issue with the TOC. Firefox simply doesn't handle it correctly and I have no idea how to fix it.
