AE CC2017 font issue

Have you ever encountered a font problem?  Especially in some Chinese fonts， AE would not work fine, even can not open project !!!  Then prompt a window

This problem only happend on AE CC 2017,  CC2015 work fine

Does everyone know how to solve this problem?  thanks a lot!

Hi 鵬洲,

Sorry for your pain points. Sounds like Chinese fonts are causing you problems. Are you running a traditional Chinese version of the OS? That is the only one acceptable to run with After Effects. Please try that.

You mean I need change system language from simple Chinese to traditional Chinese ?

Actually, I had that backwards. Sorry. Make sure Windows and Creative Cloud are set to Chinese Simplified. That should help.
