Import character animator puppets

Used flash years ago in the CS3 days, I have a really newb question. Is it possible to import a Character animator file into Adobe animate? If so, has anyone tried to create a website header with it?

From what I know, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are the only two software that support Character Animator files.

You can use other software applications that create layers. You can then convert them to PSd or AI files?
