Hi imamfa​,
Normally when there's an error in launching an universal app there's also a log entry in Event Viewer, under "Windows Logs/Applications". If you find such an error after a failed launch, can you provide the details?

Unfortunately the error code (-2144927141) 0x8027025B is simply "The app did not start" according to COM Error Codes (Security and Setup) (COM) so it does not give us much info.
I think it would be useful to contact ​ for the tool to help us investigate further,

One more thing imamfa​,
Since you are not experiencing a crash per se (the error is not that the app crashed) I'm considering the chance that you might be missing some runtime libraries. Here's how to find out:
Open Windows Powershell and type
Get-AppxPackage -name *VCLibs*
this should give you a list of Microsoft.VCLibs installed for UWP and their versions.
Select the output and copy it here.

Hi imamfa,
We have a script which verifies the installation steps for xd and tries to solve some of the issues it founds. As it cannot be attached to the thread (only images and videos can be attached), I would suggest to have a remote session on your computer using BOMGAR, a tool used at adobe for remote debugging on users machines.
Please let me know if it's ok for you to have a remote debug session on your computer and, if yes, when are you available?

Please enable the Microsoft Store completely. There are seven options is Microsoft Store, these are: Home, Apps, Games, Devices, Movies & TV, Books, Edge Extensions. If you are getting 3 or 4 options in Microsoft Store, it means it is partially enabled. In that case please contact the Microsoft to enable the Microsoft Store completely.
