I have a problem with LR on my Sony Xperia Z2 tablet, running Android 6.0.1 M.
When I plug in an external HD or USB Stick a notification appears that asks if Iˋd like to view or unmount the device. ES file explorer will also show its content. But Lighroom unfortunately wonˋt.
When I do the same on my Android phone (rooted Motorola Moto X 1st gen, running Android 5.1 L) LR will show the pictures from the OTG device as expected. No problems.
Why is it working on one device but not on the other? OS version? Root? Hardware? Phone/tablet? Some other piece of Software?
Or maybe because the tablet already has an external SD? so thereˋs the internal space, the external SD and the OTG device. Maybe thatˋs too much for LR?
Any help would really much be appreciated!
