Bottom of photoshop app not showing

I'm new to photoshop but I cant find anything that can tell me how to fix this problem as you can see from the screenshot the bottom of the app is not showing.

If you mean the Layers Panel, you can use the Move tool (V) to grab the tab and move it to a more convenient position.

The Status Bar seems visible so what exactly do you mean by »bottom of the app«?
