I no longer see the Jpeg saving pop up (to set the save level)

And I can't seem to get it back despite saving the settings.

I think I might of disabled the dialogue by mistake but cannot see anywhere to enable it again! It's stuck at 30% compression for Jpegs!

That it's not normal and as far as i know there is no way to deactivate that window, you should try resetting the preferences or even reinstall PS, meanwhile, you can try the "export as" in: File > Export > Export As

It seems to of fixed itself. Must of been a glitch.
