Updates won't download on CS5 (64 bit)

Ever since I installed CS5 many years ago when I bought it, I've been unable to perform any updates. When I try to download the updates they all fail with this message:

When I click on the link "Contact Customer Support for further assistance" at the bottom of the pop up message, I'm taken to this:

I'm completely ignorant when it comes to anything technical so I really have no idea what to do. Please help!

Install the newest Adobe Application Manager and then hopefully when you go to Help>Updates in photoshop cs5 it'll work.
