I can't cancel my plan in creative cloud

I tried every single thing but nothing is working I bought the license yesterday but I did not like some applications and I wanna exchange this licence (creative cloud) for adobe illustrator. I hope that can be fixed so please help me to do this guys ;-; I'm very confuse in the main page and I didn't find any possible thing to help. If I need to pay some difference to have the illustrator I will do it I just wanna have the application.

what can I do now?

Apos teste na ferramenta verificamos que na verdade necessitamos adquirir a licenca do illustrator. Como ainda estamos dentro dos 7 dias legais para devolução, eu gostaria de fazer a substituição da licenca do Creative Cloud pelo Illustrator. Me proponho a pagar a diferença. Ou cancelamos esta compra e eu compro o illustrator.
