[Moderator moved from Adobe Portfolio to Acrobat General Troubleshooting.]

I want to know how to search for a particular document within a PDF portfolio without opening up the portfolio,

For example, lets say I have created 10 portfolios and saved them all to my C drive, I am looking for a document but dont know which portfolio i saved it in. If I go to my search bar and search for the exact document name my computer will not find it unless I open up each portfolio separately and perform the search in the portfolio one at a time. Is there a fix for this, what am I missing? Thank you in advance

Not sure it will work, but try the Advanced Search command (Shift+Ctrl+F) in Acrobat.
