Adobe Stock File Corrupt/Will not Open in Illustrator

Hi

The following file I purchased the license for won't open in Illustrator:

125094604 photos, royalty-free images, graphics, vectors & videos | Adobe Stock

Can I please have a credit back to my account as I had a deadline that how now passed and purchased a similar image from another provider?

Hi Geoff,

Since the image has been found to be faulty, I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.
