Toolbars and workspace too small

Until a few moments ago, my toolbars and workspace was normal. (As shown in first pic.) However, when I exited the program and went back to it, my workspace was tiny and my swatches had reset. (Shown in the second pic.) Please help?

What is your Edit > Preferences > Interface > UI Scaling setting?

Didnt work :^/ auto was the same as 100% (too small) and 200% was too big

I accidentally fixed it idk how I did it but yeet thanks for your help yall
