Can some one [How to switch from All Apps plan to Photography Plan?]

I want tot change my adobe creative cloud in only Lightroom and Photoshop

I have all the programs  en don't want that. I just want to have some one on the Phone who can me help me. Because I don't understand it

If I call the number 0900-4002060, the let me wait for 10 minutes (en it cost a lot of money) en then the break the connection.

Please help, I try to arrange this for a long time and I am not able to connect you.
