Looking for some assistance with spec for a design user to run Adobe CC products - main use will be Premiere Pro CC 2017 - I am the IT guy for a small group of designers and tasked with picking a machine that will do the work with no issues.
I have looked at the system requirements and we can only purchase from Dell or Apple in this company so have decided the Dell Precision 7710 laptop looks up to the job - can you have a look and see if it should be good enough.

Cost is high - nearly €4000 (Euros)
