Update problem with camera raw in PS cs5

Hi!

I haven't use my photoshop in a long time, so I installed the cs5 but to open the raw-file from my Nikon D7000 I have to update camera raw. But when I try to do so, all I get is an error message "An error occurred while downloading this update. Cancel and try again later". Which I did, today and yesterday. Could it be some problem with the update or am I doing something wrong? Should it even be possible to open the raw-files in CS5?

Install the latest adobe application manager and then try Help>Updates from within photoshop cs5.

you can try downloading Camera raw 6.3 which is necessary for your camera

Nikon cameras have a known problem when used with Adobe camera raw. If you use the Nikon supplied software then it will change raw files and make them unreadable by camera raw. The way round this, if this problem occurs, is to use a card reader and transfer your raw files to your computer that way-avoiding the Nikon software.
