Hi there am looking for photoshop professional to create horse art for resale, can anybody help finding someone and tips on finding the right one

You may find someone at Photoshop Gurus Forum where they have people who do free and paid work. It's impossible to say who is good and who is bad but you'll get a pretty good idea if you ask to see their portfolio of work. You will find some people will work for ridiculously small amounts of money particularly if working in Third World Countries , but you get what you pay for in the design world and it's best to court a professional relationship with an established designer who will commit to your project and not just attempt to fit it in with many other projects residing in a queue
