Elements 10, menu entries are lost, just some symbols are shown

If I start Ements 10 it shows me the normal screen but if I click on the top menu item (e.g. File) the entries (text) are lost and just some symbole (e.g. folder) are shown.

I've already uninstalled Elements and installed it again but the menu entries are still lost.

Any ideas?

Are you in Windows 10 Creator and did you update recently?

That looks like the bug in that Windows update:
