me too. why is this so hard? I like my plan just the way it is - I do not want to upgrade my account rather I just want to pay annually not monthly. can someone help?

Please see Managing your Membership FAQ: How do I update my payment information? to switch your payment or update your plan.

Lauren, you can switch over to the monthly plan but you would have to Contact Customer Care for the request and the workflow would be that you will have to cancel your Adobe subscription plan and sign up for a new plan which would be monthly.

Maybe I am not being clear. My current subscription BILLS ME MONTHLY. All I want to do is pay one time a year rather than monthly.

Does this make sense?

I tried customer care and the chat ended abruptly and said to try again later.

Why is this so hard?
