The feature I believe uses OpenCL which is grayed out in you screen capture. I use to have that problem with each Windows 10 preview build I installed. I had to re-install the Device driver for my Nvidia display adapter get it not to be grayed out in Photoshop. You need to find out if your Intel HD graphics supports OpenCl then fine a way to make that selectable in Photoshop Advanced GPU settings.
I am wrong. I can use it without enabling OpenCL in Photoshop.
