I was using Photoshop and went into an ON-One plugin. The plugin stopped working and froze up Photoshop so I closed it. Then I tried to open it and it showed me an error message which was a Sign in Required message. So I signed in from that message...then clicked continue...then it showed me the sign in required message again. Then I tried to open Lightroom and it had the same error message. What to do??
I figured it out. I just relaunched the creative cloud desktop app. It gave me a trial version, but I'm sure I can put in my license # and it will be fine.
