I am working with a user who when making a change to a Tag, in this case Header size, it takes the change, but when she goes to save the document it crashes every time. I have updated acrobat. Any advice???

Ok a save I did just finished after taking 10+ minutes.

If many changes are made it takes too long of time to wait. This user is losing work if she has to close acrobat,.
