Student Adobe Creative Cloud for Home PC and Laptop combined?

If I had more time, I would have searched through the forums more thoroughly, but college just started. I am waiting on my new Laptop to arrive, but I need to start working on coursework, which is why I am posting this now.

If I get the Student version of Adobe Creative Cloud can I have it installed on both my PC desktop at home AND on my new laptop?
