I had about 40 images left for downloading when my annual subscription expired. I logged in today to find those images gone. I have paid for them.
Who do speak to to fix this?
Alison
Hi Alison,
You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
Also, you can refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock for more details.
You need to download all the assets in order to use them after the subscription gets expired, as the once downloaded would have remained in your license history forever.

That's not cool. It's theft. I paid for those images.

I will cost Abobe NOTHING to keep the images I paid for available to me.
According to Adobe, my ONLY course of action is the forum which I already used where the matter was marked "HELPFUL" (which it most certainly was not). Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being?
I insist that I get refunded or given the images I am owed.

Are you kidding me? I get to the same place every time - there where no
human being is but a loop of unhelpful web-based answers. Please give me
the PHONE NUMBER of a HUMAN BEING in South Africa that I can call. That
would be helpful. Not placing me back in a super unhelpful loop every time,.

Way to defuse a situation. Thank you, Twarita.
My number is <Removed by Moderator>
If you are just going to call and say "sorry about it, policy dictates that
you lose your images even though you paid for it", then don't call. It's
just going to make me blow my top.
If you are going to call with a solution to my problem though, I will be
happy to engage in conversation.
