We had to temporarily disable the ability to upload .eps vector files. We will report back when it's re-enabled again.

Hello MatHayward, what is the status for being able to upload ai files through ftp? I just tried uploading an AI file directly through the admin's console (as instructions say to do it) but it was not accepting my file (did not specify the reason for the rejection either). If you could point me in the right direction or give me some feedback on this it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

If you aren't able to upload your vector file through the portal, it wouldn't work in ftp regardless. The primary issue stopping vectors from being uploaded is the size of the art board. The art board must be at least 5000 X 3000 pixels (15MP) to be uploaded. Please confirm the size of the file you are attempting to submit.
