Adobe CC Free Trial Expired After 3 Hours?

Any idea why I've only been able to use my free trial for 3 hours instead of 7 days? I began using it as soon as I redeemed the free trial, 3 hours in and it has expired. Not exactly enough time to get a feel for the software.

Must have been a virus scan that put it out of whack then. Well that sucks. Thanks for your help.

what you could do is buy the Photographic Plan for $10. Adobe has a no quibble money back guarantee , so if you cancel within 14 days of purchase they will refund the payment to your credit card. In this way you can get a longer evaluation period (it's not a trial but the final product), but I would suggest cancelling on day 12 rather than leaving it to the very last minute. Adobe don't seem to have any objection to this practice as they document it on the Prodesigntools.com website in fact the guarantee used to be 28 days.
