Image Sequencing

When I try to create an image sequence it only opens the image I select and not the rest of the images in the file. I have the image sequence selected as well when opening the file.

If you click on the "Options" button when importing, you should see a checkbox to select "Image Sequence". Have you checked that box?

Did you open the timeline panel and verify it is not an animation?

I figured it out. I had to change the names of my files so that they were grouped together in numerical order.

That is what sequence means. The numbers are in sequential order. Sorry it is easy to over look that step. Assumptions usually bite me one way or another. LOL.

Next time you do this, to avoid having to rename the files, simply check the "Force Alphabetical Order" checkbox when you select your sequence. This will also allow the sequencing to skip and "gaps" in the alpha-numeric ordering system.
